Vancouver, WA (11.22.2019): On a sunny morning in Vancouver, Washington, Ariel Galoff took on the field at the NAIA National Championship. Galoff would improve on last year performance at Nationals with a 295th place finish.
How it Happened: In her second appearance at the NAIA National Championship Ariel Galoff improved on her previous year performance cracking the top 300 this year. On a very difficult course that featured five hills throughout the course; Galoff completed the 5k course in 21:32.
"Ariel ran well on a difficult course; she beat all the individual qualifiers from our conference and improved on her place down here," said Coach Tiberg.
Coach Tiberg was happy with Ariel's season; "Ariel had quite a season bouncing back from a really slow start to dropping her time low enough to get back to the NAIA National Championship Race. She continues to etch her name in our college's history books as the top women runner in our school's history."
